- Rare: Cool, very red center
- Medium Rare: Warm, red center
- Medium: Pink, hot red center
- Medium well: Slightly pink center
- Well Done: Broiled throughout, no pink
Jack Daniels peppercorn sauce, Mushroom Marsala sauce, Hollandaise sauce, or Béarnaise sauce are available for additional charge.
